A sub-client is an organization or a person who has been delegated responsibility for specific operational tasks by a client. Such tasks may be billing, hardware maintenance, distribution of RFID-cards and others.
A sub-client who is responsible for operator-responsibilities is also called a sub-CPO. A sub-client with contract-relationships to end-users is also called a sub-EMP.
